Philip joined Spire Capital in April 2009. Prior to joining Spire, Philip served as an Analyst in the investment banking divisions of Barclays Capital and Bear Stearns, where he focused on financings and mergers and acquisitions for technology, media and telecommunications companies. Philip received a BA from the College of William & Mary, where he was a James Monroe Scholar.
