Bruce M. Hernandez, Partner
Prior to co-founding Spire Capital, Bruce co-founded and was Chief Executive Officer of Waller-Sutton Media Partners, a private equity fund focused on the media and communications industries. Prior to Waller-Sutton, Bruce was the Chief Financial Officer of Horizon Cellular Group, a cellular telephone company with operations in six states. While at Horizon, Bruce was responsible for all aspects of the company's financial operations and oversaw the sale of the company for approximately $570 million. Prior to joining Horizon, Bruce served as Vice President - Finance of a company involved in the cable television and cellular telephone industries. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Vermont and a Master of Business Administration degree from New York University. Bruce currently serves as the Chairman of Ariston Global, Certiport, Inc., Historic Motorsports Productions LLC, Just Marketing International and Rainbow Early Education. He was formerly a Director of ACN Holding, LLC, Apex Site Management, Choice One Communications, Encoda System Holdings, Inc., Nassau Broadcasting Partners, L.P., Orcom Solutions, Inc, and Sonitrol, Inc.
