Spire Capital has established a team of investment professionals who have served as, owners, managers, investors, investment bankers and advisors of companies in the business services, information services, education media, , and communications industries for more than 30 years and who have worked together in the private equity industry since 1997. A Spire Capital investment team is typically structured and operates as shared below:

• A two to three investment professional team work alongside management to source, transact and work with a particular portfolio company to help it grow its product/service, geographic footprint and mature to its next stage of operation.
• The Spire team members typically maintain a seat on and/or control of a portfolio company’s board of directors, Spire typically establishes relationships with company management at various levels of the organization to ensure relationship depth and consistency.
• Through our extensive industry relationships and operational experience, we are able to enhance shareholder value, and in particular, accelerate sales growth and operational efficiency. We access senior decision makers at many companies within our targeted industries and facilitate the strategic sales process, thereby enhancing revenue opportunities and business development opportunities.
• Finally, the Spire team will continuously assist the portfolio company’s senior management with strategy formulation, capital market initiatives, senior management recruitment, and the adoption of industry best practices.
