Spire Capital Final Closing

As seen in the February 2008, Volume XVII, Issue 2 of the Private Equity Analyst, Spire Capital Partners has successfully completed the fundraising on Spire II with total commitments of $320 million. We are actively investing Spire II and have already closed on three transactions in this Fund. We continue to seek to invest in small market buy-out situations in the business services, information services, media and communications industries.
